On May 23, 2026, the Ateneo Student Judicial Court administered the oath of office to Frances Lo after her appointment as JGSOM School Representative through the constitutional succession protocol.

Notably, the oath was administered by former JGSOM School Representative and now Associate Magistrate Jeremiah Lim.

The Court remains steadfast in upholding constitutional processes that allow duly appointed student leaders to faithfully and formally assume the responsibilities of office.

RE: COURT RECESS FOR SEMESTRAL BREAK

The Ateneo Student Judicial Court en banc notifies the public that the Court shall be in recess from May 25 to June 7, 2026, in observance of the semestral break.

This is in line with Title I, Rule 4 of the 2021 Rules of Court, which states that the court shall be in recess during official school holidays or any other day as may be declared by the court for sufficient reasons. Accordingly, the Court’s Digital Filing Portal will be closed during this period.

Please be advised that a new Digital Filing Portal will be launched upon the resumption of court operations. Nevertheless, the official email for judicial correspondence remains [email protected].

For any questions, official inquiries may still be sent to [email protected] for administrative concerns, [email protected] for judicial matters, and the Court’s official messaging platforms for general concerns. Please note that all correspondence will be addressed after the recess period.

Promulgated: Saturday, 23 May 2026

The Court has issued a resolution regarding the Judicial Designations of the Court En Banc, the Administrative Portfolios of the Executive Board, and the Court Divisions of the Ateneo Student Judicial Court for C.Y. 2026-2027.

This is in accordance with the 2019 Constitution of the Undergraduate Students of the Ateneo de Manila Loyola Schools and the 2026 Student Judicial Court Code of Internal Procedures.

As the Court Year 2025-2026 comes to a close, the Executive and Administrative Board of the Ateneo Student Judicial Court officially marks the end of its term.

Stepping into office with a deep commitment to accountability, justice, and systemic integrity within the student community, the board dedicated the past year to ensuring that the Court remained a steadfast pillar of fairness.

As the gavel is officially turned over to the next generation of student leaders, the 2025-2026 Executive and Administrative Board leaves behind a legacy of dedication, wishing the incoming leadership the absolute best.
