CFC Youth for Christ is a young community of believers, a ministry of Couples for Christ Global Mission Foundation, filled with the vibrancy and conviction of the Spirit, eager to answer the call to do one thing —spread the love of Christ. CFC Youth for Christ embraces the bigger vision of Couples for Christ: Families in the Holy Spirit renewing the face of the earth. CFC Youth for Christ is now established in more than 100 countries and counting. PROGRAMS

Youth For Christ seeks to share Christ with anyone and everyone and has thus created different programs which cater to the various youth categories. CFC-YFC Community Based: Renewal in Christ through raising faith communities

A program that is grounded within different kinds of communities such as villages, subdivisions, barangays, and parishes. CFC-YFC High School Based: Bringing God’s High to the Schools

This program deals with the youth in both private and public high schools, but also reaches out to the school administration, faculty, and moderators. CFC-YFC Campus Based: Renewing the Society in Christ Through the Campuses

A program which interacts with the more mature individuals in the YFC age spectrum. It is composed of all admin, faculty, staff, parents, and college students in universities and colleges. CFC-YFC TORCH: Towards Renewal in Christ

This program serves as the identity program of the sons and daughters of the CFC Mission Core Group Members, it's a venue preparing the youth to share the torch of leadership of their parents to continue the mission, as it is handed from their parent’s generation to theirs. CFC-YFC YCOM: How can they hear if the message is not proclaimed? Rom.10:14

This is the official communication arm of YFC and its tasked to assist the YFC Ministry in doing the evangelization in a more creative manner. Youth for Christ is guided by the elements of 4F’s: Fun, Friendship, Faith, Freedom

FUN: Being young means having fun. YFC promotes and supports the dynamism of the youth’s thirst to enjoy life by empowering them to live it to the fullest. YFC encourages fun—good, clean fun. FRIENDSHIP: This is the time of their lives when the youth begin to form lasting relationships with their peers. YFC encourages friendship among young people, enabling them to see God in each and every individual they encounter. The community allows the youth to experience new things, to learn, and to grow with friends. FREEDOM: One can barely contain the enthusiasm of a spirit. Within YFC, the youth experience freedom from sins, from insecurities, and from difficulties in the past, as well as the freedom to express love and to become the individuals whom God meant them to be. FAITH: None of the three can be fully experienced without faith in God. In YFC, the youth are taught the Catholic faith that they may better appreciate the abundant blessings they receive in their lives. The 7 YFC ID’s

Our YFC Identity is our oneness and commonness as brothers and sisters in YFC. Yet each of us has our own uniqueness which also emanates from God as individuals and as one body anchored on the image and likeness of God. Here in YFC, our ultimate goal is to bring the youth to Christ. We believe that our true and ultimate destiny is that we are sons and daughters of God. Our identity is the result of our innate and core values that we in YFC want to live by. Being a YFC is not just our spiritual identity, rather, the 7 ID’s are the fullness of who we are and what we can become as a true youth FOR CHRIST. The battle cry of Every YFC: To know God and to make God known, with Passion Excellence and Integrity. I am a YFC. Therefore I am…

Every family has its crazy moments, but our homes can also be our favorite places to grow. 🏡✨

When you look at the Holy Family of St. Joseph, Mother Mary and Jesus, their incredible strength was not that they never faced problems, it was that they lifted each other up and put their trust in God through it all.

You don't need a picture-perfect household to have peace. By bringing a little more patience, a lot more grace, and a habit of praying for your family (instead of stressing about them), you can totally change the vibe at home.

What’s one thing you appreciate about your family today? Drop it below! 👇💛

Life gets loud, acads gets stressful, and sometimes you just need a safe place to breathe. 🩵

Jesus promised that whenever 2 or 3 of us link up in His name, He’s right there in the midst of us. He cares about your late night thoughts, your anxiety, and your wins. Find your squad, keep it real, and let Jesus be the peace in your room today. ❤️‍🩹🥹

Life throws a lot at us -school stress, career anxiety, doubts, and the constant pressure to figure everything out all at once. It’s so easy to spiral into overthinking.

Saint Padre Pio knew how heavy the weight of the unknown could feel, which is why his words hit so close to home today: "Pray, hope, and don't worry."

When the future feels uncertain or peace feels out of reach, take a step back and log off the noise. Put your plans, your worries, and your whole heart into God’s hands. He’s already in your tomorrow, working things out for your good.

Take a deep breath, trust the process, and let God handle what you can't.

Ever feel like you’re trying to find where you truly belong?

In Luke 8:19–21, Jesus’ family tries to reach Him through a massive crowd, and His response sounds almost shocking at first: “My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and act on it.” He wasn't pushing His family away - He was opening the door wider for us.

In a world where we’re constantly trying to fit into different social circles, keep up appearances, or figure out who our real friends are, Jesus redefines what it means to be part of His family.

Belonging to Him is not about standing on the sidelines, having the right status, or just saying you’re a Christian. It’s about listening to God and actually putting that love, honesty, and kindness into action every day. When you choose to live out your faith - standing up for someone, choosing integrity when no one's watching, or showing grace under pressure - you aren't just following rules. You're stepping into a family where you are always seen, always valued, and always invited to draw closer.

"Yes, for the love of Jesus I forgive him… and I want him to be with me in Paradise." 🤍

Today we celebrate the feast of St. Maria Goretti, a powerful witness to the radical, life-changing power of forgiveness. At just 11 years old, her final words weren't of anger or resentment, but of profound mercy for her attacker -a mercy so deep that it ultimately led to his conversion.

True forgiveness isn't about minimizing our pain; it’s about freeing our hearts and trusting in a love greater than our hurts.

St. Maria Goretti, pray for us, and help us to choose forgiveness even when it feels impossible. 🙏✨

"To live without faith... is not to live but to ‘get along’; we must never ‘get along’." 🛑

Happy Feast Day, St. Pier Giorgio Frassati! 🎉

As young people, we are constantly challenged by the world to just conform and "get along." But St. Pier Giorgio reminds us that a life following Christ is an adventure worth battling for. Choose faith. Defend the truth. Live life to the absolute fullest! 🙌🔥

Where is God challenging you to stand up for the truth today? 👇

At the table of Christ, we find belonging and unity. But we are not just called to stay – we are called to be sent and be the extension of God's table to the world.

As one family, let us not seek division; rather, let us focus on one mission: to be and bring Christ wherever we are.

Onward we go! 💙❤️💛🤍

The future of our nation isn't just built in offices or classrooms—it starts at home. 🤍

During the Couples for Christ 45th Anniversary celebration, the Katarungan para sa Pamilyang Pilipino (KPP) campaign was officially launched, carrying a powerful reminder: Filipino Families are at the Heart of Nation Building.

As the next generation, we know that building a strong nation means standing up for the foundations that shape who we are. Our faith calls us to be both active, responsible members of society and patriotic citizens. That means stepping up to protect family life, support parents, safeguard children, and advocate for values that genuinely matter.

It’s time to move beyond the sidelines and take concrete action! As young people, here is how we can make a real difference today:

✍️ Sign the Petition! Make your voice count by supporting the Filipino Family Mainstreaming Law at
bit.ly/Family_Mainstreaming_Law

📣 Share the Cause and pass it on! Talk to your friends, siblings, and chapter members to get them on board.

💬 Start Conversations! Keep the dialogue alive online and offline about the vital role families play in shaping a brighter future.

Let’s stand united for the Filipino family. In the One, we are one!
