Students from the TESDA Isabela School of Arts and Trades recently showed off their cooking and hospitality skills, and the results were impressive. One group prepared dishes from Thailand, China, Korea, Japan, and the Philippines. Learning authentic recipes, flavors, and kitchen techniques from across Asia.
