Shall we look back on the enchanting days of Recruitment 101? From morning until evening, under dashing sun rays and pouring rain, our stories continued on.

A huge thank you to all the Thomasians who visited our booth, took the time to learn more about the Guild, and shared in the magic of our little corner of stories. Your presence made it all the more special 💗

Behind every part of our booth were our wonderful volunteers and members who helped bring it all to life—from designing the props and attending to the booth, to promoting the Guild, providing support, and showcasing the identity of our writers to the Thomasian community. Every helping hand, idea, and effort became part of the story we created together 💌

For the next chapter of TWG, there are still pages waiting to be filled, stories waiting to unfold, and adventures waiting beyond the next turn of this writing year. Until then, carry a little piece of this ever after with you. The next chapter is ours 💐🖋️

Paano ga magsulat tungkol sa mayroon ka na? Paano ga titigan nang mas mainam ang buhay na isinasabuhay mo na?

At hindi laang iyon: ano gang maisusulat natin tungkol sa Batangas? Mayamang materyal ga sa pagsusulat ng malikhaing sanaysay ang ating buhay-Batangueño?

Inihahandog ng Batangas Writers Workshop Committee ang unang serye ng Palihan sa Batangan–ang Creative Nonfiction Workshop kasama sina Prof. Augusto Aguila at Mr. Manolito Sulit!

Ang seryeng are ay para mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang ating mga kababayang manunulat na magbahagi ng kanilang kaalaman sa mga umuusbong na manunulat at ilang interesadong indibidwal.

Ang CNF workshop naman ay para tulungan ang mga manunulat, baguhan man o hindi, na maisangkapan ang kanilang danas, memorya, at disiplina sa maingat na obserbasyon, sa pagsusulat nila ng isang malikhaing sanaysay.

Bukás ang palihan para sa lahat–hindi kami nangangagat, a-ah! Ngunit bilang pagpapahalaga sa lokal na komunidad-pampanitikan, mayroong espesyal na discount ang mga Batangueño sa event na ito. Lahat ng dadalo ay makakatanggap ng certificate.

At dahil kami’y mayayama, bahagi ng malilikom na pondo mula sa registration fee ay ilalaan para sa ilang gastusin sa sa gaganaping Batangas Writers Workshop sa Abril 2027. 🙂
