The Department of Tourism - Philippines trained the Deaf Tour Guides of DTGS on the Muslim-Friendly Tourism Seminar facilitated by the Executive Assistan IV and Halal and Muslim-Friendly Lead Ms. Isabelle Ann Biscocho, and facilities by the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) Yusoph Mangandog, Rohaima Ma-Amor, Lafayette Alonto and Al-Jomer Ali at the 3rd Floor Function Room, 1898 Hotel Colonia En Las Filipinas, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City, last February 27, 2026.
