Last May 22, 2026, UST Volunteers for UNICEF was awarded the 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗼 𝗫𝗜𝗜𝗜 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 (University Level) at the UST Student Awards Day ⭐️ Further highlighting the organization’s dedication to service, four officers, Azil Palonpon, Antonette Salazar, Amiel Franco Garcia, and Abijah Brittany Mique were also commended with 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 for their leadership and service.

The award is extended to every officer and volunteer whose passion for service and reform continues to drive our missions and advocacies forward, and to every community who entrusted their stories with us.

The organization recognizes the sacrifice, perseverance, and heart poured into its making.

Volunteers, the stage is set for this year’s last celebration 🪩 Join us for A Super UVU Story: Year-End Assembly 2026 on May 16, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM via Zoom.

The pokeball worked wonders as it caught all the right people and put them in the right places of our team this year ⭐️

And now, it’s time to dive into this Ohana’s heart and spirit, friendships built, and stories shared, and take a moment to honor all the characters that made this year possible — and truly extraordinary ⚡️

As we all bask under the scorching heat of the sun, let the warm feeling remind us of the warmth our childhoods kept 📦🌅

For 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹’𝘀 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, we answer the question “Looking back, what made your summers as a child truly special, and how can you now share that with other kids today?”

As we raise awareness to Mental Health this month, may we remind ourselves to be more gentle to ourselves as the little "you" lives within.

🛝Like every child, you deserve to be heard, comforted, and held. Whatever you’ve been through or the roads you are now paving — we are proud of you.

Mental health matters at every age, and no child should ever feel alone in what they carry. So, may we become people who listen with kindness, speak with understanding, and remind others that their feelings are valid and their stories matter. 🫂💙

Tunay na sining, pag-asa ang kislap sa mga matang nagniningning." ✨

Last May 3, 2026, the UST Volunteers for UNICEF (UVU) brought out the creativity and joy of the children at the Ministry on Urban Poor, Diocese of Kalookan, through the launch of Batang Mataliknows: Adhika para sa Pansariling Likha. 🎨📚

With little hands and big dreams, the kids engaged in activities that sparked their imaginations and empowered them to express their unique talents. It was a beautiful day of learning, art, and discovering the true power of their own "pansariling likha." 💙💛
