After the run, we’ll have a guided breathwork session
with Coach

Libni is a transformational and energy mentor
who creates trauma-informed spaces for healing and connection.

She’ll guide us through breathwork,
heart-to-heart connection practices,
and a short meditation
to help you regulate, reset, and reconnect.
