As we close another meaningful chapter, the Punlaan Community extends its heartfelt gratitude to the people who made this journey possible—our dedicated officers, supportive advisers, and hardworking members and troops.

This report reflects the funds received, expenditures made, and financial utilization in support of our programs, projects, activities, and student-centered initiatives.

Every resource was managed with responsibility, transparency, and purpose, ensuring that organizational funds were utilized to support the needs and development of the BAE community. This semester was not simply about completing activities—it was about creating meaningful experiences, strengthening our community, and leaving a positive impact.

In the exercise of the authority vested upon the Office of the President of the Punlaan Community, President Justine Marjes has officially issued the following Executive Order to address the vacant leadership positions within the Community and ensure the proper organization and administration of its committees:

AN ORDER OPENING THE APPLICATION FOR VACANT COMMITTEE CHIEF POSITIONS OF THE PUNLAAN COMMUNITY

The issuance of this Executive Order formally opens the application for qualified members to fill the vacant Committee Chief positions of the Punlaan Community, providing an opportunity for members to assume leadership responsibilities and contribute to the effective functioning of the organization.

This issuance underscores the commitment of the Office of the President to promoting organizational continuity, accountability, active participation, and effective leadership in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Punlaan Community.

A new chapter unfolds for the Punlaan Community as its officers formally receive the responsibilities entrusted to them through the Official Turnover and Oath-Taking Ceremony, held on August 15, 2026.

𝗧𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for the time, effort, dedication, and service you have given to the Punlaan Community. Your leadership has left a meaningful mark that will continue to guide those who follow.

In view of the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and pursuant to Presidential Communications Office Memorandum Circular No. 128, alternative learning modes shall be implemented for classes at all levels in Cavite tomorrow, August 18, 2026.

Accordingly, face-to-face classes shall be suspended, with student advised to follow the alternative learning arrangements and instructions to be issued by the respective instructors and the University.

All Carababies are encouraged to prioritize their safety. avoid unnecessary travel, and remain updated through official announcements as weather conditions continue to develop.
