📜 𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗖-𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗢. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟬𝟲

The MitoSAC-COMELEC officially releases Resolution No. 2026-06 concerning the qualifications and requirements for candidacy for the upcoming organizational elections. 🗳️

For this resolution, the General Qualifications and Files for Candidacy have been retained to ensure a clear, consistent, and fair process for all aspiring candidates.

📌 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

To be eligible to run for office, an applicant must:

a) Be a bona fide student of Cavite State University, actively enrolled under their respective field in the Bachelor of Science in Biology program;

b) Be of good moral character and have not been subjected to any disciplinary actions for violation of the rules and regulations of the Department of Biological Sciences and the University;

c) Not be a graduating student for the upcoming graduation;

d) Possess and maintain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of not lower than 3.0, calculated from the freshman year up to the most recently concluded academic term;

e) File all requirements with the MitoSAC-COMELEC within the designated filing period and strictly observe all deadlines;

f) Failure to comply with any of the requirements specified herein shall be deemed sufficient grounds for total disqualification from running for office.

📂 FILES FOR CANDIDACY

Applicants must prepare the following:

1. Copy of the Virtual Registration Form for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2026–2027 (PDF)

2. Official Grades generated from the CvSU Student Portal, spanning from the freshman year up to the present semester (PDF)

3. Duly accomplished Certificate of Candidacy Form provided directly by the MitoSAC-COMELEC (PDF)

4. High-resolution 1×1 photograph with a plain white background (JPEG or PNG)

📌 Aspiring candidates are highly encouraged to review the qualifications and prepare all necessary documents before the designated filing period.

• Cléo – the Matron of Healing, embodying the power of care, restoration, and the wonders of healing.

• Echo & Log-ea – the Staff of Magic and Ancestry, the Heralds of the Land, carrying the stories, wisdom, and roots of those who came before.

• Auri – the Muse of the Wild, inspired by the untamed beauty and spirit of nature.

• Mycora – the Silent Network, connecting life through an unseen world beneath the surface.

• Spora – the Spore of Guidance, carrying the promise of growth, direction, and new beginnings.

Together, they bring new stories, new forces, and new wonders to the ever-growing world of Haynayan. But this is only another piece of the story… ⚡
