The CAFENR Student Council hereby issues ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐จ. ๐๐, ๐ฌ. ๐๐๐๐, formally establishing the CAFENR Student Organization Executive Committee (CSOEC) as a coordinating, consultative, and collaborative body composed of the executive officers of all duly recognized student organizations under the College.
The CSOEC shall serve as a formal avenue for communication, coordination, consultation, cooperation, and collaboration among recognized CAFENR student organizations and the CAFENR Student Council. Through this body, organizations may discuss common concerns, develop collaborative initiatives, coordinate activities, and strengthen collective representation for the benefit of the CAFENR student body.
The Order further provides the composition, duties and responsibilities, functions, meetings, decision-making and voting procedures, accountability, and membership of the Committee.
At the same time, the establishment of the CSOEC shall not diminish or interfere with the autonomy, authority, internal governance, finances, programs, projects, or activities of any recognized student organization. The Committee should remain primarily a coordinating and consultative body, respecting the respective mandates and governing rules of its member organizations.
Through this issuance, the CAFENR Student Council seeks to foster stronger organizational unity, meaningful collaboration, and responsible student leadership while preserving the independence and identity of every recognized student organization.
