Destiny Rescue began when Tony Kirwan, an Australian tradesman, had a life-changing mission trip to Thailand. He was stunned by the sight of children being openly sold for s*x on the street. He began to pray, “God help these children…” but the prayer didn’t finish the way he’d intended.

Instead, he prayed, “God help me if I don’t do something for these kids.”

Tony went back to Australia, sold his home, business and everything he owned and moved across the ocean to try to make a difference. What he lacked in preparation, he made up for with a total, unwavering commitment to help children.

Destiny Rescue had been born.

Since those humble beginnings, Destiny Rescue has transformed into a respected international counter-trafficking non-governmental organization (NGO) with ties to law enforcement agencies and communities worldwide. "The s*xually explicit video depicted two children, just 11 and 7 years old. Investigators quickly identified the children, found their physical location, and collaborated with law enforcement to rescue them. But when they tried to identify the trafficker who exploited the kids, investigators discovered something shocking. There wasn’t one."

Children can see and do things with a few taps that would take immense intentional effort in the “real world.” As the parents in the case above discovered, unbound freedom combined with innocent, naive minds can lead to disastrous results.

But when a malevolent actor enters the picture, things get even worse: predators and traffickers have moved from scouting schools and playgrounds to browsing Instagram, Discord and Roblox.

The arrest of a European child predator revealed that a woman, named Bela, in the Philippines had been providing him with s*xually explicit images of a little girl.

It was her daughter.

Filipino authorities brought in The Scientia Program, a cross-NGO initiative we’re a part of, manned by a team of investigators armed with cutting-edge technology.

Using every tool at their disposal, the team found Bela’s home, deep in a rural community. They joined investigators in a raid on the home a few days later.

Armed officers rushed the home, subduing several men outside.

What they found inside was gut-wrenching.

A heartbreaking dichotomy emerged, revealing the horrible corruption of innocence in a family home: floral curtains and school awards existed alongside s*xual exploitation paraphernalia. A pink, heart-shaped Barbie ring light that was
likely used to create appalling videos. It was a gut-wrenching perversion of a home that bore the irreconcilable signs of a warm family and horrific s*xual abuse.

Bela and two accomplices were arrested.

The young survivor was quiet during the raid. She and her siblings must first learn that what their mother did was wrong before they can begin to heal.

They’ll begin their long journey toward recovery with loving caseworkers who will guide them through the horrific trauma they endured and, slowly, enable them to become children again.

A man was arrested after selling videos of his wife and kids being s*xually abused.

It started back in 2024: A Destiny Rescue rescue agent and former detective, Caleb, acted fast after coming across a Filipino trafficker who was managing multiple social media groups where he was selling child s*xual abuse material (CSAM).

It only took a week for Caleb to learn the vile man was not just a reseller of CSAM: he was also peddling his entire family to be s*xually abused and recorded in exchange for money. His victims included his pregnant wife and multiple children, the youngest only 3 years old.

Unfortunately, for reasons unknown, the trafficker went dark online and became nearly impossible to track. Six months later, Caleb saw that his account on the platform where they had connected had been reactivated. It didn’t take long at all for the twisted entrepreneur to begin offering his “product” to our undercover agent.

“He kept making offers to showcase their abuse online to me, but he also kept asking me to visit in person. He said another foreigner had already visited—and abused his entire family,” Caleb recalled.

To Caleb’s amusement, shortly after reengaging, the trafficker sent a photo of his driver’s license, hoping to convince Caleb he would be true to his word and send his “product” quickly.

Finally, in 2025, Caleb had what he needed to find the trafficker’s name and exact location and take the trafficker down. After sending evidence to the police, Caleb had to travel and appear in court to secure the search warrant.

The search warrant was quickly issued, and the National Bureau of Investigation raided the home, taking the survivors into the custody of caring social workers and arresting the abuser.

Throughout 2025, our agents, in collaboration with law enforcement, rescued 81 children in the Philippines from online s*xual exploitation (OSEC) and 16 perpetrators were arrested in connection with those cases.

In 2025, two female pimps in the Philippines were offering victims, including minor girls and one boy, for s*xual services for as little as USD$50. Destiny Rescue agents alerted the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to this trafficking case.

The two pimps were attempting to entice their victims with a commission if they brought friends to be exploited.

After agreeing to attend a pool party at a resort, the suspects then arranged to bring the victims, without knowing that they would be transacting with our undercover agents and NBI.

NBI agents came along and hid behind a cabin door overlooking the pool as the pimps sealed their fate by accepting money from undercover agents in exchange for “time” with the victims.

Eleven women, including one pregnant woman and four minors, were rescued from this human trafficking operation.

Caring social workers were present to help take the survivors to safety and plan the next steps on their journey to freedom from exploitation.

Some survivors expressed planning to return to school, while others planned to find safe, stable employment.
