It is a non-profit, student-run, and program-based organization of the BSBA Major in Financial Management of the Bicol University College of Business, Economics, and Management.

We, the students of Bicol University, supplicating the help of the Lord Almighty, for the purpose of establishing an effective and efficient student orga

nization, to aid the students in pursuing their interests, to expand the studentsโ€™ knowledge primarily in finance, to develop the studentsโ€™ sense of professionalism, to strengthen the relationship between the faculty and students, to instill in the students the values of the University, which are โ€œScholarship,โ€ โ€œLeadership,โ€ โ€œCharacter,โ€ and โ€œService,โ€ and to take the full responsibility and power of a student government in accordance with the policies of the University, do hereby ordain and promulgate this constitution.
