Pinapaalalahanan ang lahat, lalo na ang mga BUeños, na maging lubos na maingat at mapagmatyag kasunod ng patuloy na strombolian activity ng Bulkang Mayon. Ang ganitong uri ng aktibidad ay maaaring magdulot ng biglaang pagsabog, pagbuga ng lava, abo, at mga batong maaaring mapanganib sa kalusugan at kaligtasan.

Mahigpit na ipinapayo ang pagsunod sa mga abiso at direktiba ng mga kinauukulang ahensya, kabilang ang agarang paglikas kung kinakailangan at pag-iwas sa mga itinakdang danger zones. Ugaliing magsuot ng face mask upang makaiwas sa paglanghap ng abo, manatili sa loob ng bahay hangga’t maaari, at panatilihing handa ang mga emergency kit.

Organized by the BUCBEM Red Cross Youth Council, this activity teaches the importance of knowing about sexual health and HIV all year. Through open talks, learning together, and free and private HIV tests, we made a safe space where everyone could ask questions, learn, and take action.

This program helps promote Good Health, Quality Education, Gender Equality, and strong Partnerships by making sure everyone has access to health information and services.

☕📋 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆!

From early morning ingress to the awarding of certificates, every part of today’s program was carefully prepared to make sure everyone could learn and participate.
We started with registration and preliminaries, followed by opening remarks that reminded us of the importance of awareness and advocacy. The “Fact or Bluff” game made the session lively while correcting common myths. Then we listened to “The Tea Talk” and joined the wellness check led by our invited speaker.
Every part of the program — from the discussions to the interactive activities — helped share correct information, encourage open conversations, and inspire everyone to take care of their health through wellness screening.
This program flow shows our shared commitment to learning, growth, and caring for one another.
Because when we know better, we care better. 💙
