Hello Ka-AARA, we are very much elated by the strong reach that our fundraising post for Brownie got. Nonetheless, we are saddened and worried because the collected amount was nowhere its strong reach and running bill.

During the first two days, Brownie was already billed 7650. 😞 People might think na "baka okay na, siguro madami nang nalikom na fund dahil umabot 5000 ang reach", sadly, it didnt...

In our closure, AARA is no longer rescuing and we find comfort that others are willing to rescue our innocent furryangels in dire situation. Let us not leave them alone. 😞 This is the rea*on why people are afraid of bringing dogs and cats even in dying situations in vet clinics for the fear that they will be left paying for the bill. Nadala na po si Brownie, all we are left our fellow advocates is to help cover the bill. We know its not your responsibility but if you have a little extra, it will matter. Please tulungan po natin yung nagrescue. Wag po natin hayaang siya ang magbayad ng lahat. Alam po namin mahirap ngayon ang buhay, subalit kung ganito ay mawawalan na talaga lakas ng loob tumulong ang iba, bagkus ay hahayaan na lang mamatay ang mga kawawang mga a*o at pusa sa kalsada 😞

📢 URGENT HELP FOR BROWNIE 🐶🙏

Brownie is a very sweet and affectionate stray dog who has been regularly fed by the reporter. Unfortunately, the reporter had to leave for Manila for one week, and when she came back, Brownie was already in this heartbreaking condition. 💔

Brownie is currently fighting Ehrlichia and is now confined at Petfriends Animal Clinic.

According to the vet, Brownie’s CBC results are extremely high. However, despite everything, there is still hope. One of her test results showed that her body is still producing antibodies and fighting hard to survive.

It truly seems like Brownie wants to live. Even when she became very weak, she still went outside the reporter’s house to ask for food. And even when she could barely eat, she still tried to drink water on her own. 🥺

Right now, Brownie needs continuous treatment, medications, and confinement. We are humbly asking for donations of any amount to help settle her veterinary bills and give her a fighting chance.

Anyone who would like to visit Brownie is very welcome to stop by the vet clinic and say hi to her. 🤎 You may also give your donation directly to the clinic cashier — please just let them know that it is for Brownie’s bill. 🙏

‼️ATTENTION: ANIMAL ADVOCATES NEAR YAWA BRIDGE (sa may UST)

May black kitten daw po sa gilid ng bridge. Gusto sana daw kunin ng nagreport kaya lang di daw sila nakagilid since makaobstruct sila ng traffic. Binubusinaan na daw sila ng mga nasa likod. Baka po may pwede makakuha muna. Pupuntahan po namin mamaya since nasa labas kami pero nasa gitna pa po kami ng errand. Baka po may pwd makacontain muna, kunin po namin sainyo.

A little kitten will not survive the busy road there. Kawawa naman po kung masasagasaan.

‼️UPDATE: Nakuha na po namin siya. Ang cute ng solo lowkey rescue namin sa kanya, di sana namin siya halos nakita if not because of two kids na nagturo samin kung saan nangagaling yung 'meow'.
Thank you rin sa Lolo na siyang umakyat sa taas ng bubong makuha lang si Miming. Sila po mga nakatira sa houses sa ilalim ng tulay na malapit sa UST.

📢FUNDRAISING TO HELP TAARA WITH MAXIE'S MEDICATION

Remember Maxie?
The dog caught in a video amidst extreme pain near Maxie Fuel Station Tagas? This poor soul was hit by a vehicle. Ang nakakadurog ng puso ay makikita niyo na sa gitna ng pamimilipit niya, no one dared to check on him. dinadaan-daanan lang. Good thing someone took a video and posted for help, to which TAARA—Bicolandia’s Voice for the Voiceless responded swiftly. Along the assistance of fellow animal advocates, they located Maxie and found out that this poor dog is a MAMA Dog 🥹, mayroon pa po siyang mga puppies.

As of the moment, Maxie was already taken at the vet clinic. Her puppies are safe too! Thank you so much to TAARA for their prompt action despite the fact that they are already struggling with their situation. JUST IMAGINE IF NO ONE STEPPED UP, KUNG WALANG NAKIALAM. IMAGINE YUNG PAIN NI MAMA DOG, and as usual tinitiis na lang nila ito, until it goes away or until they succumb to death 😭

Alam po nating lahat na hirap na hirap na rin lately ang TAARA and the best thing that we can do to commend their action on Maxie's case is to help them cover the bill of Maxie - ng sa gayon ay di na po ito makadagdag sa mga bayarin at pasanin nila. Please po, every penny from you counts 🙏 Tulungan po natin ang TAARA.
