Please let us know in the comments (or over email/dm if you prefer) why you and your tamariki enjoy being part of the Featherston Toy Library!
Is it the social connection? The variety? The cost? The environment? Something else entirely?

We need to tell our funders why we appreciate them so much! And your ideas will really help 😊

We'd really appreciate your thoughts ❤️

NGĀ MIHI NUI!

Thank you so much to everyone who came along on a beautiful sunny day in Featherston to our little Toy Library, which was in fact humming with whānau and their tamariki, having a sausage to warm up while finding toys to play with ❤️

One of our committee members even got stuck into clearing out the wagon, she did amazing, doesn’t it look slick? 🙌🏻

Special shout out to our committee and their wonderful ideas 💡 such as putting on these events for our community and members😎, and also to our weekly rostered volunteers who give up their time to service our members ✨ You are amazing! 🫶🏻

We are closed during the school holidays but you will see you back open next term 😊 Stay tuned for updates!

🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 A massive thank you to our termly volunteers, who donate their time to open our toy library every Saturday. Sometimes volunteers bring along their tamariki, who enjoy a play while they are on duty 💖

If you would like a rostered membership, it’s only $20 for the year and you are required to volunteer 4 times (once a term) from 9-11am across the year ☺️

Get in touch if you would like to join!

Being a volunteer is a lovely way to meet people in this lovely wee community ❤️
