CMAS Level 1 Referee Course #2 3rd May 2026

To complete the Level 1 certification: Please complete and log 15 matches (10 matches as an in-water referee and 5 matches as a chief referee) under the supervision of your mentor referee.

Once your mentor referee thinks you are ready, arrange an in-water assessment with Kathryn Davies or Dougal Colquoun.

🏒🤿 Try Underwater Hockey in 2026! 🤿🏒

We’re excited to invite students to take part in the 2026 Mini Underwater Hockey League — starting with a fun Have-a-Go Session!

📅 Saturday 28 February 2026
⏰ Session times: 4:15pm | 5:15pm | 6:15pm
📍 Naenae Pool
💲 $10 per student

This is a great opportunity for students to try underwater hockey before the league begins — no experience needed!

🔹 Players are encouraged to bring their own mask, snorkel & fins, but all equipment will be available on the night.
🔹 All league games for Terms 1–4 will be held at the new Naenae Pool.
🔹 Schools are supported to build one or two strong teams across the year.
