Make-up Tutorial with Ayla
Come along for a fun and relaxed make-up session focused on gender-affirming techniques and self-expression. Whether you're completely new to make-up or already have some experience, you're warmly welcome.
During this 1.5-hour workshop we'll cover the basics of:
- Foundation application
- Colour correction for things like beard shadow, dark circles, and uneven skin tone
- Contouring techniques that can help create a more feminine, masculine, or androgynous appearance
There will also be opportunities to ask questions about other make-up topics such as eye make-up, skin preparation, product selection, and application techniques. If you're already confident with make-up, we'd love to have you join us, share tips, connect with others, and experiment with new techniques.
If you already own make-up, please bring it along. Learning with products you're familiar with can make it easier to recreate the look at home. If you don't have any make-up, don't worry – some products and supplies will be available to use during the session.
This is a supportive, judgement-free space to learn, explore, and connect with others in the community.
