Waipuna Hospice Charity Shop Fraser St - Retail therapy for a cause

All the funds raised from Waipuna Hospice Charity Shops go towards providing specialist palliative medical care for patients living with a life-limiting illness, and support services for them and their families. Our geographical area covers Waihi Beach to Paengaroa. The majority of people receiving support are cared for where they feel most comfortable - in their homes. Our goal is to help people make the most of their lives; to live every moment in whatever way is important to them.

Everything we provide is at no charge to patients and their families because we believe that hospice care should be available for everyone who needs it. Whilst provided at no cost to people using hospice services, it costs a lot to provide. This financial year we need to raise $4.25 million to be able to continue providing high quality end of life care. Revenue from our Charity Shops contributes significantly to this goal. You can help your community by donating items that are clean, in good condition and in working order, and you can also help your community by shopping at the Waipuna Hospice Shop in Fraser St.
