Today we officially launched our very first Tui’s Project Trade Workshop!

A huge thank you to Pidim Prince for facilitating an informative workshop on Effective Management and generously sharing his knowledge, experience and practical advice with our community.

We would also like to thank everyone who came along and supported our first session. It was wonderful to see people of different ages coming together to learn, ask questions and build new skills.

This is only the beginning of our Trade Workshop Series, and we look forward to creating more free learning opportunities for our community.

Tui’s Project is excited to introduce our new Trade Workshop Series! 🌱

We’re kicking things off with a workshop on Effective Management, facilitated by Pidim Prince, an Industrial and Production Engineer with nine years of experience in the apparel and manufacturing industry.

Whether you’re already working, studying, running a project, or simply interested in building your management skills, everyone is welcome to come along and learn practical tools for stronger planning, operations, and leadership.

The first clip is a message from someone who knew Tui during his time on the streets in Rotorua. Hearing him share his memories of Tui was emotional, but also incredibly comforting. Moments like this remind us that Tui touched lives everywhere he went. Being able to speak his name, hear stories about him and continue serving others through Tui’s Project is how we keep his spirit alive.

Tonight, we were finally able to feed our street family again!

Due to the passing of our beautiful Nan Mele Vea Paletua, we weren’t able to hold our feed last month, but tonight we came back together. It was so lovely seeing familiar faces again and welcoming many new ones.

A huge thank you to the Fili and Lilo Family for joining us tonight. It was especially beautiful seeing our young children helping and giving back to the community. These are the values we hope to pass on to the next generation—kindness, compassion, and remembering that, no matter our circumstances, we are all human and deserving of love.

This is what Tui’s Project is all about. Knowing how deeply Tui loved our Nan makes tonight feel even more special. This one was for you, Nan. We hope you and Tui are together again, looking down on us proudly 🕊️

A chilly but beautiful Friday night spent serving our community ❤️💛💚

Tonight's menu included chop suey, bacon pasta, sausages, rice, and a choice of hot coffee or Milo. For the very first time since starting our feeds, we finished every single bit of food we brought with us!

More than the meals, it was the conversations that made the night special. We shared laughs, stories, encouragement, and some heartfelt moments. One conversation that will stay with us was when someone said, "I can feel Tui's spirit is present with us. You guys keep his spirit alive."

Moments like these remind us why Tui's Project exists 🕊️

This feed will always be one of the highlights of our month. We truly can't think of a better way to spend a Friday night than giving back to our community, sharing kindness, and making sure people go to sleep with a full and warm tummy.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Tui's Project. Your love and generosity help make nights like this possible.

Friday night was our first-ever Praise & Worship, and the photos do not do justice to the atmosphere that was created and felt. It was a special way to celebrate the end of family month by giving all glory back to God.

A heartfelt thank you to our speakers for sharing powerful messages that encouraged and challenged us throughout the evening. We would also like to extend the biggest thank you to our band and worship team for the many hours of practice, preparation, and ofcourse a thank you to everyone behind the scenes 🤍

Most importantly, thank you to every person and family who came and worshipped with us. Seeing such a diverse community come together in praise was truly special, and we pray that everyone left feeling encouraged and strengthened in Christ.
