To finish off our day, we were blessed with more than enough food — KFC and pizza for lunch 🙌🏽

With 16 extra boxes of pizza and a whole box of KFC chicken, we saw it as an opportunity to give back. We took what we had and shared it with our family on the streets.

As always, it’s such an amazing feeling to be able to serve, to give, and to show love practically. Moments like these remind us what it’s really all about ❤️💛💚

Before we sat down for lunch, we had our prizegiving and celebrated the efforts of both teams.

After a full day of competition, teamwork, and great sportsmanship, we announced our overall winners of Sports Day… Team Leimana!! 🏆

Well done to both teams for the energy, effort, and unity shown throughout the day.

We then came together to rest, eat, and connect. Moments like these remind us that it’s not just about the games but about building relationships, learning from each other, and growing as a community. Grateful for our youth and the spirit they brought to the day. Util our next one 🙏🏽

Things heated up real quick 😤

Rippa rugby brought the intensity, followed by our relay games where things got competitive and funny at the same time 😂 From relay races to the water relay, there were plenty of laughs, teamwork, and unforgettable moments.

This is what it’s all about: community, connection, and enjoying the moment together.

On Monday, we kicked off our Youth Sports Day with stretches and getting into our two teams for the day 🔥

Team 67 and Team Leimana came ready, setting the tone early with great energy and unity. We moved straight into turbo touch and volleyball, where teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship were on full display.

From the first whistle, it was clear this day was about more than just competition — it was about growing together, supporting one another, and giving it our all.

Proud of how our youth showed up and represented 🙌🏽

What a beautiful night it was. I didn’t manage to capture much because there was so much genuine conversation and fellowship being shared. There’s something truly special about hearing the stories of our brothers and sisters on the streets. It always stays with you.

It’s also a blessing to reconnect with familiar faces and check in on how they’re doing. A big thank you to our boys from St. John Methodist Youth who came along to serve our community tonight. We are committed to continuing to guide our youth in kindness, humility, and compassion.

We were grateful not only to feed our family on the streets, but also to share the leftovers with our youth group at the end of the night. Even though there wasn't much left, it was still special to sit together, reflect, and talk about the experience we shared.

To carry Tui’s name through this work will always be an honour. And to everyone who messages and leaves kind words, we see you, and we are so grateful for your constant support ❤️💛💚

Bible study & Kava with our youth leaders ✝️

At the beginning of the year, we had an honest conversation. We wanted to do more Bible studies with our youth, but first we had to ask ourselves how we could teach if we were still learning too. So instead of rushing ahead, we chose to sit together and first start with having Bible study together as leaders.

We are incredibly grateful to Rev. Veitomoni Siufanga, father of Tui and one of the many hearts behind Tui’s Project, who graciously agreed to guide and teach us. Thank you for your wisdom, patience, and for pouring into us with so much love and humility. It truly means more than words can express.

These moments matter. Building strong foundations, strengthening our faith, and walking this journey together so we can better serve our youth. One study, one conversation, one step at a time ❤️💛💚

Tonight we took Tui’s Project out on the road and drove around Hamilton, from Nawton to Ham East & all around. We shared hot food and some Christmas love with our community.

It was so special meeting many new people and also seeing some familiar faces again. We loved stopping to have real conversations, sharing laughs, and listening to everyone’s different walks of life. Every story reminded us why this work means so much to us.

This feed wasn’t just about food — it was about connection, dignity, and reminding people that they are seen and cared for, especially at this time of year.

Thank you to everyone who welcomed us, spoke with us, and shared their stories. We are grateful to end 2025 this way, doing what we love for our community ❤️

Our last homeless feed of the year was a special one. Christmas is a time for family, love, and sharing good food. Sadly, that’s not the reality for everyone. That’s why for this feed, we planned a Christmas Eve dinner to take out to our community.

We were very lucky to work alongside Kaye Nonoa, her family, and friends. They put together the most amazing hygiene packs. We wrapped them up like Christmas presents and handed them out tonight alongside their food. Thank you so much Kaye for your generosity, time, and hard work — it truly meant a lot ❤️

In the kitchen, we were busy cooking up a storm. On the menu was BBQ lamb chops, chicken thighs, nibbles, sausages, and a tasty potato salad to go with it all food !

These photos are from the prep for tonight and what a beautiful way to start our final feed of 2025 😍
