During the holidays support is available if you’re worried about your own - or a loved one’s - mental wellbeing. And there are people ready to listen and help – any time of the day or night.

Manu Ka Rere is for young people aged 13-24 years in Canterbury who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health and/or addiction issues.
To get support complete their online Referral Form and one of their staff will be in touch with you. Anyone can complete the form – young people can refer themselves, or it can be done by their whānau such as a parent/caregiver, or a professional such as GP. Please note that signed parental consent is required for those under 16.
