Our AGM is coming up!!
Date/Time: Tuesday 14th October at 6pm
Come see the summary of our fabulous year, from our finance update to a run-through of our play/events (and more importantly eat the free food)!! We also need to elect our new executive members, so come along to support and vote. Sign up to be an executive member using the QR code or link in bio.
Important to note is the proposed constitution change that needs to be communicated with all members before the AGM, and will be voted on whether it passes at the AGM. Currently, section 7 clause 2 states:
7.2 The Executive team must contain at least three and no more than seven members and consist of at least:
7.2.1 President
7.2.2 Treasurer
7.2.3 Director
7.2.4 Producer
We propose that this clause be altered to allow no more than ten members within the executive team. The purpose of this change is to facilitate growth within our expanding club and to ensure the workload can be distributed more evenly across the committee.
