Silo Theatre

Silo Theatre Silo Theatre is one of the leading producers of contemporary theatre in Aotearoa. Silo Theatre is a leading producer of contemporary theatre in Aotearoa.

We curate an annual season of local and international work that champions new forms of storytelling in order to speak directly to the world around us. We work with Aotearoa’s most exceptional theatre practitioners at every stage of their career, providing the space for them to extend their practice and create their most courageous work. Our focus is on voices that are urgent and are not heard often enough. In Tāmaki Makaurau, in Aotearoa and sometimes overseas, we provide exceptional experiences for a variety of audiences, with the hope that they walk away from a Silo show a little bit transformed, a little bit uplifted, and with a greater sense of connection to themselves and our collective cultural identity. We acknowledge Te Tiriti o Waitangi as this nation's founding document, and the rightful place of Māori as tangata whenua in Aotearoa New Zealand. Furthermore, as an organisation that calls Tāmaki Makaurau home, we acknowledge and recognise Mana Whenua O Ngāti Whātua O Ōrākei. Please contact Silo Theatre at [email protected] for any general queries or [email protected] for ticketing questions.

Can you suss them out? 🤔 Get it right, and you’re in to win.

Stephen and Liv will spend the next two weeks secretly learning one of these skills. They’re aiming to deceive each other. Have they fooled you?

Your turn.

👩‍💻 Comment your guess for what Liv and Stephen are secretly learning.

All correct guesses go in the draw for a double pass to our next show, Marathon.

She’s a tech girlie with a heavy tote bag. He’s the therapist deciding if she’s safe to go back to work. She says she’s fine. He says he’s listening.

What should be a simple psych evaluation spirals into power, panic, and doubt.

Straight off Broadway, JOB had TikTok and Reddit in a frenzy. It’s funny, devastating, and impossible to walk away from without wanting to argue about it. This is theatre that doesn’t just invite you in — it makes you complicit.

The less you know, the better.
