A sweet ending to our World of Cultures celebrations!

Yesterday was our final World of Cultures event, Malaysian Cuisine Cooking Class. The event brought the community together to experience the joy of making Malaysian sweet Ondeh Ondeh (or Onde Onde), a popular bite-sized sweet treat that made from glutinous rice flour and palm sugar.

During the workshop, participants not only learned about Malaysian culture, but also made connections with one another through shared stories, laughter, and creativity.

A big thank you to Kiwiora Community Trust and their wonderful tutor for her guidance and teaching, making the experience both fun and memorable for everyone.

Thanks to everyone who joined us throughout the World of Cultures series. What a wonderful celebration it has been!
