Lakapi Samoa is seeking an experienced and inspirational 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 to lead the 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚 – 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐚 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐮𝐠𝐛𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 into its next highperformance cycle.

The Manusina Head Coach will provide overall leadership of the Samoa Women’s National 15s programme, responsible for team selection, coaching, and game planning while driving performance, culture, and player development pathways. The role oversees all on-field and off-field standards, leads team preparation for international competitions—including Rugby World Cup campaigns—and establishes a strong high-performance environment for both players and staff.
