Reading and discussing Shahnameh (book of kings)
The greatest and most popular work of Persian literature.

The Shahnameh tells the mythological and historical story of Persia (Iran) from the creation of the world up to the Arab conquest in the 7th century. It blends legend, history, and moral storytelling.

Thanks to Mt Roskill Library for their support and providing us with the venue.

در Farsi Storytime روز چهارشنبه ۹ سپتامبر  در برنامه iwin.nz یک تایم شیرین و پر از خنده را در کنار بچه‌های عزیزمان در کتابخانه Mt Roskill گذراندیم.
در قصه این هفته با بچه‌ها درباره‌ی این صحبت کردیم که چطور می‌توانیم آدم مهم و ارزشمندی باشیم؛ با انجام کارهای خوب، کمک کردن به دیگران و مفید بودن و اینکه وقتی به دیگران کمک می‌کنیم، خودمان هم احساس شادی و خوبی پیدا می‌کنیم. 🌱✨
با بازی رنگین‌کمان 🌈 کلی خندیدیم و بعد بچه‌ها دست‌های کوچولویشان را روی کاغذ کشیدند؛ دست‌هایی که نماد Helping Hands 🤲💛 بودند؛ دست‌هایی برای کمک، مهربانی و ساختن دنیایی زیباتر.
ممنون از همه‌ی مامان‌ها و بچه‌های نازنین که در این برنامه همراه ما بودند. 🌷

Healthy Sexual Relationships
Last Saturday, we held a workshop on respect and consent in sexual relationships between partners.

Thanks to Dr. Vahid, Vahid Momtaz registered counsellor and non-violence program facilitator, for sharing his expertise with us and to all those who participated in the workshop.

The first part of the workshop is recorded and will be shared on our YouTube channel soon.
Thanks to Peyvand Academy for welcoming us to their school and providing us with the venue.

روابط جنسی سالم

شنبه گذشته، کارگاه آموزشی «روابط جنسی سالم» را با محوریت احترام، رضایت و مرزهای سالم در روابط عاطفی و جنسی میان زوج‌ها برگزار کردیم.

از دکتر وحید، مشاور ثبت‌شده و تسهیلگر برنامه‌های پیشگیری از خشونت، برای به اشتراک گذاشتن دانش و تخصص ارزشمندشان، و همچنین از همه عزیزانی که در این کارگاه شرکت کردند، صمیمانه سپاسگزاریم.

بخش اول این کارگاه ضبط شده و به‌زودی در کانال یوتیوب ما منتشر خواهد شد.

همچنین از Peyvand Academy برای میزبانی از ما و در اختیار گذاشتن فضای مدرسه برای برگزاری این کارگاه سپاسگزاریم.

گفت‌وگویی آگاهانه برای رابطه‌ای سالم‌تر 🌱

در ادامه‌ی مجموعه برنامه‌های آموزشی «سلامت و کیفیت روابط جنسی»، این بار با توجه به نیازها و دغدغه‌هایی که در پرسشنامه با شما به اشتراک گذاشتیم، یک کارگاه حضوری با همکاری آکادمی پیوند و توسط دکتر ممتاز ( دکترای روان‌شناسی و مشاور رجیستر شده) برگزار می‌کنیم.

قرار است درباره موضوعاتی صحبت کنیم که شاید پرسیدنشان همیشه آسان نباشد، اما دانستن درباره‌شان می‌تواند به داشتن رابطه‌ای سالم‌تر، آگاهانه‌تر و رضایت‌بخش‌تر کمک کند.

A beautiful evening of poetry, culture, and connection.

We gathered to read the timeless verses of the Shahnameh, listen to beautiful traditional songs, and share thoughts and reflections together. The wonderful turnout made the evening even more special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a warm and memorable gathering especially Mt Roskill library@mt_roskill_library_official for providing us with the space. ❤️
