हाम्रो लागि गणतन्त्र भन्नाले हरेक नागरिकले उनीहरूको शरीर जुनसुकै रूपमा जन्मिएको भए पनि समान सम्मान, समान अधिकार र समान संरक्षणको हकदार हुनु हो। गणतन्त्र भनेको केवल प्रतिनिधित्व मात्र होइन, सुरक्षित रूपमा हुर्किन पाउने, आफ्नो शरीर र भविष्यबारे आफैं निर्णय गर्न पाउने स्वतन्त्रता पनि हो।

आज हामी देशले हासिल गरेको प्रगतिलाई सम्मान गर्दै, विविध शारीरिक विशेषता भएका व्यक्तिहरूसहित सबैले सम्मान, सुरक्षा र गौरवका साथ बाँच्न सक्ने नेपाल निर्माण गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता पुनः व्यक्त गर्दछौं।

यस गणतन्त्र दिवसमा, हामी सबै प्रकारका शारीरिक विविधता र मानवअधिकारलाई आत्मसात् गर्ने समावेशी नेपालको परिकल्पना गर्दछौं।

Together for a truly 🌍✨

Today on Menstrual Hygiene Day, global advocacy rallies around breaking taboos. But as an intersex-led organization, Campaign for Change asks a critical question: Who is actually included in this vision?

The mainstream narrative rigidly dictates that if you are a woman, you bleed—and if you bleed, you are a woman. This binary completely sidelines the intersex community.

Our reality is diverse:
🔴 Some of us bleed but are completely erased by hyper-feminized health spaces, products, and language.
❌ Some of us don't bleed and face intense stigma, isolation, and forced medical normalization because our bodies don't match textbook expectations.

True menstrual justice cannot exist while biological diversity is pathologized.

पोखरा महानगरपालिका वडा नं. ८ मा विभिन्न सरकारी तथा सरकारी संस्थाका सरोकारवाला प्रतिनिधिहरूसँग अन्तरलिङ्गी व्यक्तिहरूका बारेमा जनचेतनामूलक कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भएको थियो। क्याम्पेन फर चेन्ज (CfC) द्वारा आयोजित यस कार्यक्रममा अन्तरलिङ्गी व्यक्तिहरूको पहिचान र उनीहरूले समाजमा सामना गरिरहेका चुनौतीहरूका बारेमा जानकारी प्रदान गर्दै सामाजिक समावेशीकरण र अधिकारका विषयमा विस्तृत छलफल गरिएको थियो।

An awareness program on Intersex individuals and their rights was successfully organized in Pokhara Metropolitan City, Ward No. 8, for representatives of various government and non-governmental organizations. Conducted by Campaign for Change (CfC) under the project "Awareness Raising and Advocacy of Intersex Human Rights", the session focused on enhancing understanding of intersex identities, highlighting the challenges they face, and advocating for social inclusion and human rights within the community.

We are now calling for General Members of the Debate & Drama Club in Janakpur.
This club will bring together young people who are interested in public speaking, debate, acting, and creative storytelling for social change.

Campaign for Change Nepal, in collaboration with Debate Network Nepal (DNN), is excited to bring you Gender Debates 2026, a platform where young voices come together to challenge ideas, inspire dialogue, and advocate for change.

This year’s theme, “Intersex Rights as Human Rights,” highlights the urgent need for greater awareness, inclusion, and recognition of intersex people’s rights and lived realities. Through meaningful debate and dialogue, we aim to create a space where young people can engage critically with issues of bodily autonomy, dignity, equality, and justice.

From May 18 to May 22, Campaign for Change successfully organized a residential story writing workshop dedicated entirely to intersex individuals.

For far too long, intersex stories have remained unheard. The core purpose of this workshop was to build the capacity of our community members to reclaim their narratives and tell their own stories to the world on their own terms.

To every intersex individual out there who is still struggling to navigate their identity: You are seen. You are heard. You are not alone. 💛 Our goal is to ensure that these stories act as a guiding light for you, proving that your existence is valid and beautiful.

A massive, heartfelt thank you to our incredible facilitators, Gauri Ji and Birat Ji, for keeping the sessions so active, engaging, and easygoing! We also extend our deepest gratitude to our editor Kailash Ji for sharing such valuable, skillful knowledge and to our participants.

२०८३, ४ जेठ गत देखि जेठ ८ सम्म क्याम्पेन फर चेन्ज द्वारा अन्तरलिङ्गी व्यक्तिहरूका लागि एक आवासीय कथा लेखन कार्यशाला सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ।

धेरै लामो समयदेखि अन्तरलिङ्गी समुदायका कथाहरू पर्दापछाडि नै रहेको छन्। यस कार्यशालाको मुख्य उद्देश्य समुदायका सदस्यहरूलाई आफ्ना कथाहरू आफैं संसार सामु प्रस्ट रूपमा राख्न सक्ने क्षमताको विकास गराउनु थियो।

अझै पनि आफ्नो पहिचानलाई लिएर संघर्ष गरिरहनुभएका सम्पूर्ण अन्तरलिङ्गी साथीहरूलाई हामी भन्न चाहन्छौँ: तपाईं एक्लो हुनुहुन्न। तपाईंको अस्तित्व छ र तपाईंको आवाज महत्त्वपूर्ण छ। 💛 यी कथाहरूले तपाईंलाई आफू क हो वन्ने कुरा को जिज्ञासाको उतर दिन्न सकून र तपाईंलाई समाजमा 'म एक्लो छैन' भन्ने आभास गराउनेछन् भन्ने हामीलाई पूर्ण विश्वास छ।

यस कार्यशालालाई अत्यन्तै सहज र ऊर्जावान् बनाइदिनुहुने हाम्रा सहजकर्ताहरू गौरी ज्यू र विराट ज्यूप्रति हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त गर्दछौँ! साथै, आफ्नो महत्त्वपूर्ण र सीपमूलक ज्ञान बाँड्दै कथाहरूलाई निखार्न मद्दत गर्नुहुने हाम्रा सम्पादक (Editor) कैलाश ज्यूलाई पनि विशेष धन्यवाद।

पोखरा महानगरपालिका वडा नं. २७ का विभिन्न सरोकारवाला निकायहरूसँग अन्तरलिङ्गी व्यक्तिहरूका सवालमा अन्तरक्रिया कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भएको छ। क्याम्पेन फर चेन्ज (CfC) को आयोजना तथा पूर्व राष्ट्र सेवक तथा नागरिक संघको समन्वयमा आयोजित यस कार्यक्रममा अन्तरलिङ्गी व्यक्तिहरूको पहिचान, उनीहरूका अधिकार र समाजमा सामना गरिरहेका विविध चुनौतीहरूका बारेमा व्यापक छलफल गरिएको थियो। यस कार्यक्रमले स्थानीय सरोकारवाला निकायहरूमाझ सचेतना फैलाउन र अन्तरलिङ्गी व्यक्तिहरूको अधिकार सुनिश्चित गर्न महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्ने विश्वास लिइएको छ।

An interaction program on Intersex issues was successfully conducted with various stakeholder bodies of Pokhara Metropolitan City, Ward No. 27. Organized by Campaign for Change (CfC) in coordination with the Former Civil Servants and Citizen Society, the session focused on raising awareness about intersex identities, their rights, and the unique challenges they face in society. The program aimed to foster meaningful discussions among local stakeholders to promote social inclusion and better support the intersex community.

Equality means everyone. Today, we stand in solidarity with the LGBTIQA+ community to combat homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, and specifically, intersexphobia.

True change begins when we move beyond symbols and equip our communities with the actual knowledge needed to dismantle hate. This IDAHOBIT, we aren't just raising a flag; we are advocating for the tools and resources that protect the most vulnerable among us.

For the intersex community, this day is a vital call for bodily autonomy. We celebrate to demand an end to non-consensual medical interventions and to ensure that intersex individuals are no longer erased by institutional binaries. By educating ourselves and those around us, we transform passive support into active protection of human rights.

समानताको अर्थ सबैका लागि हो। आज, हामी समलिङ्गी, द्विलिङ्गी, पारलैङ्गिक र विशेष गरी अन्तरलिङ्गी व्यक्तिहरू विरुद्ध हुने घृणा (intersexphobia) को सामना गर्न 'LGBTIQA+' समुदायसँग ऐक्यबद्धता जनाउँछौँ।

साँचो परिवर्तन तब सुरु हुन्छ जब हामी सांकेतिक समर्थन भन्दा माथि उठेर समुदायलाई घृणा र पूर्वाग्रह विरुद्ध लड्न आवश्यक वास्तविक ज्ञान र चेतनाले सुसज्जित बनाउँछौँ। यस 'इडाहोबिटी' (IDAHOBIT) मा, हामी केवल आवाज मात्र उठाइरहेका छैनौँ; हामी ती स्रोत र उपायहरूको वकालत गरिरहेका छौँ जसले हाम्रो समाजका सबैभन्दा जोखिमपूर्ण समूहलाई सुरक्षा प्रदान गर्दछ।

अन्तरलिङ्गी समुदायका लागि यो दिन शारीरिक स्वायत्तताको आह्वान गर्ने एउटा महत्वपूर्ण अवसर हो। हामी मन्जुरी बिना गरिने चिकित्सा हस्तक्षेपको अन्त्य गर्न र अन्तरलिङ्गी व्यक्तिहरूलाई संस्थागत संरचनाहरूमा अदृश्य बनाइने परिपाटी रोक्न यो दिन मनाउँछौँ। आफू र आफ्ना वरपरका मानिसहरूलाई शिक्षित बनाएर मात्र हामी सामान्य सचेतनालाई मानव अधिकारको सक्रिय संरक्षणमा बदल्न सक्छौँ।
