Founded in 2008, Transformation Nepal, led by Community development experts, focuses on pivotal aspects of community growth: education, livelihood improvement, disaster response, community health projects, and Climate Change Adoption. Transformation Nepal is a Christian Faith-Based Non-Governmental Organization established in 2008 and registered in District Administration Office of Bhaktapur, Nepa

l. Executive Board has been leading the organization. There are nine members in the board. The Program Director has been leading the programs. HOLISTICALLY TRANSFORMED AND PROSPEROUS SOCIETY is the vision of the organization. It defines holistic transformation as the transformation of mind, body, social and spiritual relations. TFN believes that a community can be transformed when the members of it are healthy within themselves, they have healthy relationships with their neighbors and they have a healthy relationship with God. FULLNESS of LIFE is the right of every human. Human Rights initiatives want to achieve FULLNESS of LIFE. It is the enteral desire of Jesus Christ as He prayed with Father in John 10:10 “…. I have come that they have life and have it to the full.” Inspired by the love and teaching of Jesus Christ, TFN’s mission is to WORK FOR HOLISTIC TRANSFORMATION OF VULNERABLE AND MARGINAL-IZED PEOPLE OF NEPAL. TFN is committed to working with marginalized and poor communities of Ne-pal. TFN will program its effort to empower the socioeconomically disadvantaged groups of men, women, youths and children. Keeping in view the overall socio-cultural fabric of the society, the overall power imbalances and discriminations that exist at all levels; TFN will work amongst these groups, the most vulnerable and the marginalized ones. TFN also focuses on inclusion and empowerment of minorities and special groups such as orphans, widows, a per-son with a disability, a person with HIV/AIDS and Dalit

TFN believes that We are called to demonstrate the Love of God and be the salt and lights for others. Social Justice: Every individual is made in God’s Image and created equally. TFN always stands alongside with the marginalized and poor people to address injustice in a society. Integrity: TFN is committed to good governance, to transparency and to work honestly whether others are looking for or not. Truthfulness: TFN is committed to truthfulness in every circumstance while being and using the resources. Trustworthy: TFN is committed to utilize all its resources with accountability, with efficiency and with effectiveness to God, communities and cooperating organizations.

Transformation Nepal, in partnership with ASHA 21, successfully conducted a Winterization Support Initiative under the Holistic Development for Poor & Marginalized Community Project.

The program was carried out in Gotikhel, Bhaisepati, Rukum (West), and Kohalpur, where 186 children from hostels and local communities received warm jackets, trousers, socks, winter hats.

This Warm Clothes distribution Program aimed to protect children from the harsh winter while sharing love, care, and joy during the festive season.

A heartfelt thank you to ASHA 21, our team, and all supporters who made this initiative possible. Together, we continue to bring warmth, hope, and smiles to the lives of children in need.

On December 17, 2025, Transformation Nepal distributed winter clothing to children in Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality (Ward No. 3 and 9) in the Malekhu and Aaibang areas of Dhading District. Through the Child Sponsorship Project, 200 children received warm jackets, trousers, and long-sleeve winter T-shirts to help them stay healthy, comfortable, and continue attending school during the cold winter season.

More than 220 people joined the program, which was honored by the presence of local leaders and community representatives. Their support and encouragement made the initiative even more meaningful.
