NASAM Petaling Jaya Early Group members enjoyed a chocolate cupcake baking session 🧁conducted by one of our caregivers, Celine.

The session was filled with fun, laughter, and meaningful interaction. Everyone had the opportunity to take turns stirring and mixing the ingredients, making the experience enjoyable and engaging for all.☺️☺️☺️

After the baking session, we also enjoyed delicious soup noodles lovingly prepared by Celine.

We sincerely appreciate Celine's time, effort, generosity, and support in making this activity so special for our members. Thank you for sharing your kindness and love with everyone at NASAM. 💜

National Stroke Association Of Malaysia (Johor Bahru)
After almost a month of rainy weather, our stroke survivors were finally able to enjoy a refreshing 1-hour morning walk at Taman Merdeka. 🌤️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

To celebrate a successful morning, we treated ourselves to a delicious Indian banana leaf meal and crispy thosai! 🍛🍃🥞 Good food, great company, and plenty of smiles made it a memorable day.

NASAM PERAK - Our Intermediate Stroke Champions had were given Join-the-Dots exercise task. It's a task - oriented activity .

DOT-TO DOT exercises for post- stroke rehab helps to regain precision needed for writing and daily tasks.

Enhances hand eye coordination- Improves visuomotor integration which is often affected after stroke.

Stimulates cognitive function like problem -solving, processing speed , working memory and more.
