MSOSH The Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health (MSOSH) is the leading OSH association in Malaysia.

Established in 1971, MSOSH is one of the founding members of Asia Pacific Occupational Safety and Health Organization (APOSHO) The Rotary Club of Klang – Port Swettenham like all Rotary Clubs throughout the country each year select a community service project to which their members dedicate their efforts. In 1970, Dr. Chan Jee Swee, the President of the Club, embarked on a more ambitious project and suggested the formation of a NGO-National society to promote industrial safety.

The Malaysian Society for Industrial Safety was registered on the 27th April 1971. Since its formation and registration, the Society has all the time been a non-profit, non-governmental and non-political organisation. In 1991 the Society was renamed as the Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health where the Patron of the Society is the Honorable Minister for Human Resources Malaysia. MSOSH is committed to the fulfillment of the Safety and Health Policy in striving for excellence in all our activities. We shall endeavour to take every reasonable and practicable steps to prevent and eliminate the risk of injuries and occupational illness of
our employees and those who involve in our activities.
