Let’s start the conversation, listen without judgement, and remind those who are struggling that they do not have to face it alone.

Together, we can create a more understanding and compassionate community.

A huge thank you to Dato’ Jiv Sammnathan for visiting Befrienders KL and for choosing to support mental health through his Sydney Marathon Charity Run!

We’re truly grateful to be one of the three mental health charities he is raising funds for, alongside Mind UK and Beyond Blue Australia.

Wishing Dato’ Jiv all the very best for the Sydney Marathon on 30 August! 🏃‍♂️💪 May all those long training runs pay off, and may you cross that finish line feeling proud of what you’ve achieved — not just for yourself, but for the difference you’re making for mental health.

Thank you for running for a cause that matters. We’ll be cheering you on all the way!

Feeling lost in your 20s or wondering if you’re falling behind? 🌱

Our Publicity Director, Joan Chen, was recently invited to share her thoughts on the quarter-life crisis on It’s About YOUth by Astro AWANI.

The conversation explores the pressures young adults face to have everything figured out — from career and relationships to personal milestones — and the importance of remembering that everyone grows at their own pace.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, or struggling to cope with the pressures of life, you don’t have to go through it alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. 💚
