Our dedicated team of volunteers and staff preparing meal deliveries for clients across the Illawarra.

MWA provides freshly prepared Mediterranean and Balkan-style meals, cooked Monday to Friday and delivered directly to our clients. Each meal includes a nutritious main meal, fresh salad, bread roll, and dessert.

More than just a meal, our service helps support health, wellbeing, independence, and connection within our community.

For many of our dancers, Macedonian traditions are not something they learned overseas - they were born here in Australia and are proudly continuing the songs, dances, language, and spirit of their grandparents and great-grandparents.

This is more than dance. It is identity. It is community. It is belonging.

More than a recipe… it’s our tradition! ❤️

Join us for an afternoon of laughter, stories, flour everywhere, and learning the art of making traditional Macedonian maznik. Whether you’re a beginner, a self-proclaimed “maznik expert,” or your maznik is held together purely by hope and prayers, we still want you there! 😂
