Too Many Children Have Been Out of School for Years. It’s Time to Bring Them Back.
There are too many children in our communities who have been out of school for one year, two years, three years, or even longer.
Every year a child remains outside the classroom for another year of learning lost, opportunities delayed, and dreams placed at risk.
At Upskill Africa Foundation (UAF), we believe that being out of school for years should not become a permanent condition.
Through our No Invisible Child (NIC) Initiative, we are working with schools and collaborative implementing partners to identify these children, engage their families, and create pathways for them to return to school and continue their education.
This work requires more than identifying children. It requires potential schools willing to receive them, engaging people and institutions willing to support them, parents and guardians willing to participate, and partners willing to work together.
🤝 That is why we are building partnerships with schools and local organizations, to make re-enrollment possible for children who have been left behind.
A child who has been out of school for three years still deserves a classroom.
A child who has missed years of learning still deserves another chance.
Being out of school should not mean being forgotten.
Together with our NIC collaborative partners, we are working to bring children back to school, because every child deserves the opportunity to learn.
NO INVISIBLE CHILD.
Every child seen. Every child supported. Every child back to learning.
