AICWA Foundation is the welfare arm of the All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA), committed to uplifting workers, technicians, junior artists, and artists across Bollywood and regional film industries. Many of these individuals face unstable jobs, low income, lack of healthcare, and limited access to education. AICWA Foundation seeks to bridge these gaps and provide comprehensive support to

all cine workers. Our mission is to offer medical assistance, education, food, clothing, and affordable housing. We provide scholarships for higher studies, including courses in medical, engineering, and other vocational fields, both in India and abroad. We understand the importance of skill development, and we plan to establish training centers that focus on upskilling workers to be ready for future industry demands. To ensure the wellbeing of workers, we aim to build charity hospitals, schools, colleges, film studios, acting workshops, and low-cost theaters in every district. AICWA Foundation is committed to providing affordable hostels in every state to ensure that no worker faces housing insecurity. Our vision also includes organizing fashion shows, award shows, and other events that celebrate and uplift the creative community. In addition, AICWA Foundation is focusing on providing emergency financial aid, legal support, and mental health counseling for workers dealing with the stress and pressures of the industry. Our mission is to ensure that workers and their families live safely, have access to education, receive proper healthcare, and can build a sustainable future. AICWA Foundation encourages collaboration among workers, industry leaders, and the public to ensure that no worker is left behind, and every worker has the opportunity to thrive in a dignified environment. Our ultimate goal is to create a future where every worker’s rights are protected.
