Periods should never stop dreams—they should empower them. ❤️

Every girl deserves access to safe, comfortable, and reliable menstrual hygiene. When we break the silence around periods, we build confidence, protect health, and create opportunities for girls and women to thrive.

With Bestie Premium Sanitary Pads by Samata Foundation, we're taking a step towards dignity, comfort, and confidence for every woman.

Because menstrual hygiene isn't just about health—it's about equality, education, and empowerment.

Together, let's normalize conversations, spread awareness, and ensure no dream is paused because of a period. 🌸
