The 1st Stakeholder Consultative Dialogue on Wellbeing and Human Resilience marked the beginning of an important journey at Thapar House, ITC Limited, Janpath, New Delhi.

The dialogue was enriched by the vision, commitment, and thought leadership of distinguished experts whose contributions helped shape a meaningful and forward-looking discourse on wellbeing, resilience, and human sustainability.

Among the esteemed speakers was Shri Ranjit Kumar Pachnanda, IPS (Retd.), former Director General, Indo Tibetan Border Police ( ) & former Director General, National Disaster Response Force ( ).

His extensive experience in national security, public administration, disaster management and institutional leadership brought a valuable perspective to the dialogue. His participation added depth to the conversation on building resilient institutions and strengthening human resilience in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing world.
