MYTH OR REALITY? Let’s talk blood donation.

“Donating blood will make me weak.”

It’s a common concern—and one that often stops people from becoming donors.

The reality? For eligible, healthy donors, blood donation is generally safe, and the body begins replenishing what was donated soon after. With proper rest and hydration, most donors can return to their normal routine.

Because sometimes, the only thing standing between someone and becoming a lifesaver… is a myth.

This 8 August, Good Neighbors Bharat is bringing people together for a Blood Donation Camp.

Through our Child Protection Awareness Session at Government Boys Senior Secondary School, Tughlakabad Extension, 453 participants learned about child rights, personal safety, protection mechanisms, and available support systems.

Today, Good Neighbors Bharat took another step towards building safer schools with the installation of a Complaint Box at Government Boys Senior Secondary School, Tughlakabad Extension, New Delhi.

More than just a box, it represents trust, protection, accountability, and hope—giving children a secure channel to raise concerns and seek help whenever they need it.

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, play, and thrive.

Through the Good School Project, we are creating more inclusive school environments where sports become a pathway to confidence, teamwork, and holistic development. This initiative is reaching 2,000 students, including 50 active young athletes, helping children grow both inside and beyond the classroom.

Because when children have the opportunity to play, they are empowered to reach their full potential.
