Our Capacity Building Workshop in Manali brought together our second-year Level 3 participants for an immersive and collaborative learning journey.
Focused on strengthening leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, the workshop prepared them to take their learnings to the field this January.
To understand their own growth and analyse their facilitation skills, participants also conducted open house sessions with our 2025 Level 3 batch — creating a space for real-time practice, reflection, and exchange.
This journey was as much about self-learning as it was about learning from peers, helping each participant deepen their sense of agency, curiosity, and responsibility.
Through the Community Tech Centre and Community Jugaad curriculums, they explored rights, agency, and the power of curiosity in STEM — gearing up to inspire the next generation of adolescent girls.
