Under 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢, a joint initiative of Evonith Steel and Mamta Health Institute for Mother and Child workshop was organized benefiting 54 children and adolescents. The workshop provided a creative platform for participants to express themselves, enhanced their imagination and artistic skills, and contributed to their emotional well-being and confidence. It also encouraged peer interaction, improved focus, and supported overall mental health through creative engagement.

Recognizing the importance of childhood development and mental well-being, activities involving art have proven highly effective. In our community engagement efforts, we prioritize platforms and interventions that offer the maximum benefit to participants, ensuring meaningful learning and holistic development.

Samar, a student of Class 8 at Upper Primary School, Dadha, Uttar Pradesh, shares how exposure to STEM learning transformed his curiosity into innovation. Through the intervention of Mamta Health Institute for Mother and Child in collaboration with Oracle, students were introduced to STEM concepts and hands-on science working models, encouraging them to learn by doing.

This experience inspired Samar to explore problem-solving through practical application and motivated him to design and build his own model, demonstrating how experiential learning can nurture creativity, confidence, and innovation among young learners.

The State-level Pediatric TB Consultation was successfully organized in coordination with the State TB Cell, Rajasthan, under the chairmanship of the Director – Public Health and State TB Officer, Rajasthan.

District TB Officers and RCHOs from across the state participated in the consultation, with a shared objective of strengthening pediatric TB prevention, diagnosis, and care efforts in Rajasthan.

We are proud to share that the presentation was highly appreciated by the audience and the scientific committee, recognizing the relevance of the findings for strengthening public health programmes and improving maternal health outcomes.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Mamta HIMC, New Delhi, is implementing the Vedanta Nand Ghar Project in Varanasi & Faridabad district, covering 71 Nand Ghars. On the occasion of International Women’s Day (8th March), awareness and celebration programs were organized at all Nand Ghars.

During the program, women were provided with detailed information about the significance and history of International Women’s Day. The day was celebrated enthusiastically at all Nand Ghars with the active participation of local women.

Members of the Nand Ghar Committee and Cluster Coordinators addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance and contributions of women in society. They also discussed the various roles women play in family, community development, and social progress.

The session focused on strengthening the message of women’s empowerment and encouraging women to become more confident, self-reliant, and active participants in social development. The initiative aimed to raise awareness and motivate women to contribute towards building a more inclusive and empowered society.

A large number of women participated in the program and appreciated the efforts taken under the Vedanta Nand Ghar initiative to promote awareness and empowerment at the grassroots level.
