Hybrutos Racing is the " Third team from Asia" which took part in FORMULA HYBRID competition held in 2016 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, USA .The competition attracts personnel from reputed companies associated with “Sustainable mobility”. The event is being designed and scrutinized in such a way that the basic frameworks is as per the International Standards of safety and compliance for EV’s/HEV’s and is also the goldmine for the companies to get exposed to the R&D and innovations from the teams on their state of art vehicles to ensure optimum performance on track. Our car is rear wheel drive single seater formula style hybrid electric car. It is a mixed hybrid design which will be one of its kind in INDIA with a hybrid electric powetrain consisting of racing high power 2 x pmdc motors(16kw continuous power each) along with a 250cc bike engine accompanied with a custom manufactured inlet , exhaust and cooling system.
