Discipline gets all the credit. But what if it’s not the whole story? 🎖️

Col. Arun Iyer, Indian Army Special Forces veteran, impactpreneur, and transformation strategist, presents *”Addicted to Easy: What If Discipline Is Overrated?”*, a talk challenging conventional ideas about willpower, comfort, and personal growth.

A TEDx Speaker and author of The Mental Commando, Col. Iyer has spent years decoding mental conditioning, leadership and human behaviour, from the battlefield to the boardroom. This isn’t a motivational talk about trying harder -it’s a masterclass in rethinking how you’re wired to perform.
