At Finn's of Conary last Friday night, we had the pleasure of being presented with an incredible €23,090, proceeds of the recent Charity Day in aid of Wicklow Hospice 💕

We never could have imagined such a sum when Lisa and the team first approached us but its a huge testimont to a wonderful community coming together to remember some very special, loved and missed members of this community.

Words cannot express our gratitude but this extraordinary donation will hugely benefit our patients and their families 🙏

Thank you to each an every person involved in the planning, organising, event day and to everyone who generously donated - from all the team at Wicklow Hospice ❤️

Following the tremendous sucess of the first two years of the Colin O’Mahony Golf Classic, which raised almost €35,000 for local charities, golfers are preparing once again to tee off. 🏌‍♀️⛳️

For the third year, Golf Club will host the event in honour of a very special local man, which takes place on Thursday 25th June.

Colin, who grew up in Bray before moving to Delgany, is remembered by family, friends and colleageus for his warm heart, quick wit, and deep care for his community.
Now loved ones of the late Colin O’Mahony have established this Golf Classic, to recognise the great care Colin received from Wicklow Hospice and Greystones Cancer Support before he passed on 30th March 2024.

Local businesses have been coming on board to support the event by generously sponsoring each tee and hole on the course.

Incredible raffle prizes have been donated abd tickets are available at Wicklow Hospice reception- prizes include an 18kt Gold Diamond Circle Pendant (Ryder Cup Commission) from MoMuse, VIP tickets to Riverdance (including meeting the dancers), an Avoca Beauty Hamper along with generous sponsorship and support from many local businesses including Bray Tile and Bathroom Centre, RiRa Beer Butler and Barry and Centra Eden Gate.
