ACCESS 2000 is a Community Education Project in Wexford town.

WCI WExford - Access 2000 is a Community Development organisation, with Charitable Status, whose aim is the delivery of community education and training programmes as a means for people to enter into education, develop progression routes into further education or employment. In 2014, ACCESS became one of the 17 members of the WCI Women's Collective Ireland (former National Collective of Community

Based Women’s Networks), funded under the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth.

Visit Newbay Y35 R7T3 this Sunday and meet Kathleen who has 80 years of patchwork experience. She has made hundreds of pieces over the years, wall hangings, quilts, cushions and decorations. This exhibition is a fundraiser for Breast Cancer Ireland.

We had a fabulous afternoon yesterday celebrating with our creative writing class. Readings from some of their work were presented to an audience of family and friends. Many thanks to Margaret Galvin our wonderful Tutor and to Wexford County Council’s Art Office for the funding, through Artist in the Community.
