We run a weekly workshop for children from 2nd class upto 6th Yr, in the C.B.S Primary School Wexford every Wednesday evening from 5pm - 7pm. The Dyslexia Association of Ireland is a national charity working with and for people with dyslexia in Ireland since 1972. The Association has a national office in Dublin and currently has a network of 36 branches nationwide. From the national office the ass
ociation provides information and advice and offers psycho-educational assessment for children and adults. The Association runs courses for teachers, parents and interested groups. The Association also organises one-to-one and group specialist teaching for children and adults nationwide, as well as summer schools, seminars and conferences. A full-time course for unemployed adults with dyslexia is run in conjunction with FÁS in Celbridge in Co. The Association also lobbies and works to increase the public awareness and understanding of dyslexia. Wexford Branch of Dyslexia Association of Ireland was established in 1988. We run small group workshops in a relaxed surrounding, increasing your child's confidence. Tuition includes multi sensory programs and all our tutors are fully qualified. Primary Scool, Green Street, Wexford Town and our workshops are available to both primary and secondary level students. We will accept students with or without educational psychologist reports. Our workshops run for 2hrs each Wednesday for 10 weeks, 5 p.m. to 7p.m., 2 terms per annum. The cost of the workshop can be spread over the ten weeks and paid in instalments.
