Youth Work Friday

Youth Work Friday

This Youth Work Friday we want to wish all young people preparing for their exams the very best of luck.

Your youth workers and youth information workers are here to support you as you navigate this potentially stressful time.

Our Be Well Workbook is also a great resource to help manage exam stress and/or anxiety, while supporting your wellbeing. You can find the workbook on Youth Work Ireland's website

Take breaks, be kind to yourself, and remember that your worth is far greater than any exam result.

Visit https://youthworkireland.ie/our-members/ to find your local youth service and supports available to you.
