I was delighted to be back at the PALS Loughrea Resource Fair showcasing my 6 weeks Confidence Course, which is delivered to suit each participant. As a neuroscience informed coach I tailor each of my sessions and trainings to suit each person in the group.

PALS Loughrea is a local support group that provides a welcoming and supportive space for autistic people and their families. They offer opportunities to meet others, take part in activities and events, share experiences, and access support and information. The group also helps raise awareness of autism in the community and works to make Loughrea a more inclusive and understanding place for autistic individuals and their families.
