Fun in Coole Park yesterday the 3rd loughrea cub scouts had a very chilled meet up.
A nice brisk walk through the trees organised by scouter Clodagh.
Followed by lots free time in the walled garden where cubs were well able to come up with their own imaginative games & play....
Lunch, a cup of fizzy pop.... & plenty chats about next week's menu for our Cub County Camp 🏕

Cubs are enjoying their last few Den meetings prior to their county camp finale in June.
It's been a great year for them.
Lots of scout skills covered.

Hot Chocolate topped with cream & marshmallows. Warmed up the beavers, cubs & scouts bellies after some time out on the lake last Saturday.
Our water day was a really big hit with the kids, who when asked for their feedback.... have said that in the coming year they would like to focus even more on doing local events and they also just love when our activities end with food shared together in the outdoors❤️

Great set up yesterday at our water day event on Loughrea Lake.
Yummy hot dogs were a welcome treat after the youth members had their time out on the water learning Kayaking skills.
