What a great ending to 8 cooking classes given by Ricardo da Silva Melo, when our last class involved Ricardo showing us how and cooking a Bar-b Q for us. The weather was ideal and the food was delicious...thank you Ricardo.

Visit of Albert Dolan TD
Local TD Albert Dolan called to Athenry Men’s shed recently to meet the members and see the workings of the shed. The members informed him of the realities of running a shed and how important government funding is to keeping a shed open. Albert replied that he was delighted with his visit and he would convey to the relevant minister the points made by the members. The shed was pleased that Albert took the time to call and meet the members.
