Louth ABC Programme Creating brighter futures for children by supporting the implementation of evidence-based programmes and approaches across Louth

The Louth ABC Programme is based with Louth Local Development CLG as one of its core government funded programmes. The Louth Area Based Childhood Programme aims to work in partnership with families, practitioners, communities and national stakeholders to deliver better outcomes for children and families living in areas of need in County Louth. This is achieved using a range of evidence based inte

rventions that are implemented within the home, community and education sector. The Area Based Childhood Programme is funded through the national Tusla ABC Programme.

πŸŽ‰ Congratulations to our most recent Circle of Security Parenting graduates! πŸŽ‰

A huge well done to all the parents who recently completed the programme. Thank you for your commitment, participation, and willingness to learn and grow alongside your children. πŸ’™

Here are just some of the things parents shared about their experience:

πŸ’¬ "Helped me understand my child's emotions..."
πŸ’¬ "I can now relate more to my children than before."
πŸ’¬ "Helped me successfully implement a more gentle parenting approach with boundaries."

It's wonderful to see the positive impact the programme has had on families.

πŸ“’ We're now recruiting for a new Circle of Security Parenting group in Drogheda starting this October.

πŸ“š Back-to-school season is nearly here...

So it's time to get ready for the nightly classics:

😴 "I'm not tired." πŸ’§ "I need a drink." 🧸 "I can't find my teddy." πŸ€” "Can I ask you a really important question?"

Starting sleep routines now can help make school mornings a little less stressful for everyone!

πŸ“Œ Save this for September.
