🥶 A Status Yellow Snow-Ice Warning is in place for Louth until 11 am on Monday, 5th January.

🔘 Wintry showers with some snow accumulations.
🔘 Sharp or severe frost and ice.
🔘 Hazardous Travel conditions.
🔘 Poor visibility.

There is a significant amount of advice contained on the government portal www.winterready.ie including advice from the HSE which will be useful for members of the public in looking out for vulnerable persons and advice to older persons on preparation and precautions.

At the launch of our new cargo trikes this morning. Grant funded by Louth LEADER and supported by Connect Credit Union, these trikes will be seen about the village carrying out work on behalf of Tidy Towns.
