Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 10am to 4pm

1 to 1 therapies:
Oncology Massage available on Wednesdays by appointment.
Reflexology is available on Mondays and Fridays by Appointment.
Counselling is available by appointment.
Group Therapies:
Tomorrow Monday the 1st of June we will be CLOSED due to the Bank Holiday.
Wednesday the 3rd of June Tai Chi at 11.30.
