Reflexology is available on Mondays and Fridays by Appointment.

Group Therapies:
Tomorrow Monday the 19th of October.
Our final Halloween Craft Class from 11am to 1pm.
Crochet and Knitting 7pm to 9pm.

Folks, Cara Cancer support centre are running a Halloween craft class, on Monday oct 5th for 3 weeks, from 11am to 1pm, it’s open to Cancer patients, anyone who’s on a cancer journey or who previously had Cancer, please contact centre if your interested, would love you to join us,
