1 to 1 therapies: Oncology Massage available on Wednesdays by appointment.
Reflexology is available on Mondays and Fridays by Appointment.
Counselling is available by appointment.

Group Therapies:
Tomorrow Monday the 15th of June Crochet and Knitting 7pm to 9pm. Wednesday the 17th of June Tai Chi at 11.30.

A huge thank you to Caoimhin Brady who raised €215.00 for Cara Cancer Support Centre from his 30th Birthday gig in Toales.

I’m very late posting this so I thought it’s about time I get it put up 😅
Near the end of May I turned 30, so I thought I’d try to do something special to mark the occasion.
I put on a fundraiser gig in Aid of Cara Cancer Support Centre and all the amazing work they do.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to each of my friends, family and all the amazing people who came to see the performance and all who very generously donated to this great cause.. it really means the world.
Also a massive thank you to Toales and Alan Anderson for hosting me for the night, as well as Gerry Cluskey for the amazing photos he took on the night and to the wonderful Kellie Ní Maoildearg for the beautiful support act performance she gave.
In total we raised €215 which will be passed on to Cara Cancer very soon.
Not bad for my first time organising a fundraiser.
